RIGHT TO CANCEL  

Cancellation Period: You have the right to cancel your Claim(s) free of charge within the 14 days following the date that you sign an Agreement to Proceed without giving any reason. If you cancel your Claim(s) within the Cancellation Period, then you will owe Intuitive Legal nothing, unless you have received a reasonable offer of Compensation within this period. In this case, Intuitive Legal shall be entitled to charge you the Fee(s) as outlined in the Agreement to Proceed. If you cancel your Claim(s) at any time after the Cancellation Period, you may be liable for any Expenses we have incurred pursuing your Claim(s).
